An ezParse rule can be applied to an XML document when it is inserted into Alchemy CATALYST. For example, due to the verbose nature of XML documents, you may decide to hide a number of elements or attributes. Or there might be a code segment in the XML document that you want extracted and translated. You accomplish all these tasks by developing an ezParse rule for your documents.
