You can permanently move your Alchemy CATALYST license from one machine to another using the Alchemy CATALYST deactivation application.

 

 

	Deactivation Key To get a deactivation key, send a mail to info@AlchemySoftware.ie  requesting a deactivation key. This key will be sent automatically to your email account.
	CATALYST Edition to Deactivate Use this option to select the Edition of Alchemy CATALYST you wish to deactivate from your machine.
	Deactivate Click on this button to deactivate your specified edition of Alchemy CATALYST from your machine.

 

The Deactivation application will create a template mail containing verification information regarding your license deactivation. This mail should be sent to info@AlchemySoftware.ie so that you client record can be updated accordingly.

Once you've completed the Alchemy CATALYST deactivation process, you are now entitled to install Alchemy CATALYST on any other machine within your organization and request a new Product Certification. For more information, please see Requesting a Product Certificate.
