Market Leader releases FREE enhancement pack embracing XLIFF 1.1 Specification

The Enhancement Pack includes an XLIFF Localization Environment making Alchemy CATALYST 4.0 the first commercially available technology that can process and interpret native XLIFF documents.

The purpose of XLIFF is to define, through XML vocabularies an extensible specification for the interchange of localization information. The specification will provide the ability to mark up and capture localizable data and interoperate with different processes or tools without loss of information. The XLIFF specification provides support for common software and content data formats and is being defined through the collaborative efforts of some of the largest software development companies such as Oracle, Microsoft, SAP and Novell.
